What you'll do

• Identify project material specifications, Bills of Materials, and requirements
• compare material needs with schedules, procurement status, inventory, and field requirements
• monitor shortages, long-lead items, excess inventory, and delivery risks
• coordinate with project managers, construction teams, warehouse personnel, procurement, and suppliers
• track inventory and shipments
• support cycle counts and reconciliations
• maintain material records, logs, and reports
• follow up on purchase orders, lead times, backorders, and delivery issues.
