What you'll do

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing
• facilitate requirements workshops
• design and document solutions and configuration
• configure billing and invoicing processes
• manage integration with FICA, Cash Management, and Convergent Charging
• provide Level 2 and Level 3 support
• resolve incidents and service requests
• manage ServiceNow tickets, root cause analysis, and escalation
• configure payment processing, dunning, and related SAP integrations
• support ad hoc reports, file extracts, and minor functional changes.
