What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries, cost transfers, and other accounting transactions
• reconcile accounts and analyze differences between subsidiary systems and the general ledger
• research discrepancies and resolve or recommend solutions
• validate accounting data and documentation
• prepare financial schedules and reports
• process accounts receivable and payment requests
• maintain accounting and supporting records
• respond to accounting questions
• coordinate with departments
• assist with audits
• maintain subsidiary ledgers and monitor equipment purchase transactions.
