The Toddler Teacher role is onsite in O’Fallon, MO; pay is $16–$21 per hour. The teacher supports children’s curiosity, creativity, compassion, and early love of learning at Primrose School of O’Fallon at WingHaven. The role creates a caring and educational classroom environment, builds relationships with children, and works with a co-teacher to deliver the research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum. Through classroom activities and individualized teaching, the teacher helps children explore language, literacy, science, life skills, and the world around them.

What you'll do

• Build genuine relationships with each child
• help children learn about language and literacy, science, life skills, and other topics
• work with a co-teacher to implement Balanced Learning lesson plans
• maintain a classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions
• adapt teaching to what works best for each child.
