Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives on new business and revenue goals
• lead technical discovery
• design eSIM, connectivity, and platform solutions
• prepare architecture diagrams and technical proposals
• deliver product demonstrations and manage proofs of concept
• support complex technical escalations with Support and Engineering
• provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering
• own technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
