What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow chef-created prep lists, prepare and store ingredients, monitor food and cooling-room temperatures, track inventory, and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen.
• Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipes and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, set up and break down workstations, and clean and disinfect kitchen tools and equipment.
• Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and keep dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware available throughout the shift.
