Care/Medication Technician

Job overview

The Care/Medication Technician role is onsite in Burleson, TX, with pay of $15–$16 per hour. The technician supports residents at Morada Senior Living Burleson, part of a senior living network providing independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communities. The role combines hands-on resident support with medication assistance and documentation, helping maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and independence in a home-like environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and check on assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond promptly to resident call bells and security systems
• assist with continence care, meals, activities of daily living, laundry, and life enrichment
• support medication passes and treatments using the medication observation record and Six Rights
• document medications given, refused, or missed
• report concerns to nursing staff
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
• record vital signs and report occupational exposures.
