What you'll do

• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• communicate maintenance updates to residents
• track work orders and verify repair quality
• conduct quarterly walkthroughs
• coordinate after-hours maintenance emergencies
• manage unit turns, leasing, marketing, showings, applications, and lease execution
• monitor occupancy and waiting lists
• ensure affordable housing compliance
• conduct income verifications and maintain documentation
• manage resident relations, renewals, notices, and payment plans
• maintain property records
• review invoices
• track expenses and assist with budgeting
• provide operational updates.
