What you'll do

• Own zone financial performance, including NOI, revenue growth, and expense control
• monitor unit turns, maintenance spending, and operating expenses
• review delinquency, vacancy loss, financial statements, and budget variances
• approve budgets and rent recommendations
• set occupancy and collection targets
• lead property managers and review performance
• manage vendor recommendations and adherence to scopes
• handle escalations and coordinate legal or regulatory matters with compliance
• align SOPs across teams
• make staffing decisions and conduct performance reviews
• prepare business reviews and present financial and operational results.
