What you'll do

• Prepare assigned banquet food and event dishes to menu specifications
• assist with plated service and buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown
• complete bulk prep using prep lists and Banquet Event Orders
• label, date, and rotate products
• maintain clean, organized workstations
• coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols
• monitor event product levels, assist with deliveries, and minimize waste.
