The Revenue Cycle Specialist — Dental role is initially an in-office position in South Jordan, UT, with possible hybrid work after a successful 6–12-month training period. Compensation is $19.50–$25 per hour. Families First Pediatrics provides pediatric medical, mental-health, dental, and orthodontic services to children and families. The specialist supports the financial health of the dental practice by managing patient accounts, submitting and following up on claims, resolving payment issues, and documenting collection activity. Accurate and timely revenue-cycle work helps the practice continue serving its community.

What you'll do

• Manage patient payment contracts and arrangements
• submit insurance claims
• run aging reports and research accounts for collection, appeal, or rebilling
• prepare written appeals for contract discrepancies and underpayments
• contact payers by phone and online to resolve account issues and secure payments
• respond to patient and insurer inquiries
• document collection activity and follow up
• analyze accounts for possible collection-agency referral.

Why this role
