Automotive Technician — A- or B-Level

The Automotive Technician role is onsite in Silver Spring, MD. The schedule is Monday–Friday with a rotating Saturday approximately once every three weeks. Compensation is $60,000–$120,000 annually, based on technician level, with hourly base pay plus production bonuses. Far East Motors specializes in Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles and has served the community for more than 30 years. The technician diagnoses and repairs vehicle concerns and performs maintenance, inspections, brake and suspension work, tire service, and alignments. The role contributes to accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, with digital inspections and repair estimates documenting findings for customers.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, mechanical, and general automotive concerns
• perform maintenance, inspections, brake service, suspension repairs, tire service, and wheel alignments
• use automotive scan tools
• complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings
• prepare repair estimates
• work toward production expectations.

Why this role
