Traveling Recertification Specialist

It contributes to the team by performing recertifications, assisting with leasing, and maintaining resident files across various apartment communities.

What you'll do

• Leases apartments, processes applications, completes annual and interim recertifications, conducts resident interviews, calculates income and assets, coordinates inspections, and maintains resident files.
