Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator role is onsite in San Francisco, CA; pay is $32–$37 per hour. What you'll do

• Respond to customer service inquiries by phone, email, or in person
• provide information about service options, pricing, and scheduling
• coordinate appointments based on customer preferences and technician availability
• assign technicians according to skills, availability, and location
• communicate job details and customer requirements
• track job progress and follow up on issues
• maintain customer and job records
• resolve complaints
• coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and external service providers
• suggest process improvements
• participate in meetings and training.
