What you'll do

• Monitor facility clinical systems and resident care
• provide basic nursing care under physician-ordered care plans
• direct and develop RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• assess residents and revise care plans as conditions change
• work with nursing leadership to address resident-care or family concerns
• document interventions, education, and nursing notes
• conduct rounds
• administer medications and IVs as ordered
• monitor progress and report observations, vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses to nursing supervisors.
