What you'll do

• Drive execution of growth plans for direct and indirect channels
• develop strategic sales programs for pricing, promotions, marketing, new products, and tools
• differentiate product offerings
• develop distributor dashboards and performance measures
• drive sales marketing programs
• develop portfolio segmentation
• establish cross-functional collaboration forums
• partner with regional leaders, Product Management, and Solutions teams on growth actions
• and manage distributor channel conflict when needed.
