What you'll do

• Provide technical support
• diagnose hardware, software, network, printing, account, and connectivity issues
• install and maintain devices
• administer Google Workspace accounts and settings
• support PowerSchool and other school systems
• assist with network infrastructure, servers, backups, and access controls
• support cybersecurity and data protection
• assist with classroom and audiovisual technology.
