What you'll do

  • Maintain an assigned caseload and implement in-home services based on DCYF referrals
  • collaborate on treatment plans and documentation
  • report progress to courts when requested
  • provide parent education, coaching, and supervised visitation
  • coordinate with DCYF, courts, schools, and behavioral health providers
  • assess client risk and consult the clinical supervisor
  • transport clients
  • participate in an on-call rotation
  • document clinical contacts in the electronic health system.
