What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• provide treatments delegated by a Registered Nurse according to individualized care plans
• take and record vital signs as instructed
• document services in the computerized charting system
• observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
