What you'll do

• Oversee filtration and brewing schedules
• ensure safety protocols, GMPs, and PPE use
• troubleshoot production issues
• ensure quality and TTB compliance
• manage production records and shift handoffs
• assist with Brewhouse problem solving and inventory
• coach operators
• initiate performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• assist with internal audits
• ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations
• identify efficiency opportunities and lead new product implementations.
