What you'll do

• Manage and support procurement of inventory and non-inventory operational and food and beverage products, supplies, equipment, and services
• identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
• negotiate contracts and terms
• manage supplier relationships and performance
• conduct market research
• collaborate with property staff on procurement planning, RFPs, proposal evaluation, and contract administration
• support procurement information systems, policies, procedures, and metrics
• support sustainable and socially responsible sourcing
• ensure compliance with applicable purchasing and sourcing requirements.
