What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours
• respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
• prepare and process leases, renewals, notices, and related documents
• support move-ins and move-outs
• maintain accurate availability, rates, and resident records in property management software
• follow Fair Housing requirements
• assist with renewals, retention, marketing, and resident events
• coordinate vacant-unit readiness with maintenance
• inspect vacant units
• process payments when applicable
• prepare reports and support leasing-office opening and closing.
