The Medical Coordinator — Adult Mental Healthcare role is onsite in Stillwater, MN, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, based on experience, education, and licensure. AMFM Healthcare provides care for people experiencing severe mental illness and supports their recovery. The coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to the nursing department, helping clinical and operational processes run smoothly. By coordinating appointments, records, medication needs, and communications, the role helps clients and care providers navigate services efficiently.

What you'll do

• Provide clerical and administrative support to nursing staff and Executive Directors
• triage client calls and alert licensed personnel as needed
• greet clients and assist with appointment scheduling
• maintain the nursing station
• handle pharmacy orders, chart audits, and documentation
• coordinate medication needs and medical appointments
• manage intake systems and records
• support assessments
• maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• prepare reports and presentations
• manage nursing supply purchase orders.

Why this role

Requires at least one year of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, and an associate degree in medical coordination or related field, or a high school diploma/GED with two or more years of related experience. A valid driver’s license and specified driving history are required.
