What you'll do

• Provide technical support through tickets and phone calls
• configure customer hardware and software
• train customers on platform and hardware use
• develop voice and data service architecture plans
• troubleshoot VoIP network issues
• analyze VoIP networks and computer systems
• create platform and equipment documentation
• meet support service-level guidelines
• perform acceptance tests
• coordinate with vendors
• prepare reports and records
• assist other departments with overflow calls and emails
• participate in the structured after-hours on-call rotation.
