• Manage heavy civil commercial, industrial, municipal, state, and large-site projects
• read plans and specifications
• develop schedules and sequencing
• coordinate resources, safety, environmental controls, pay items, and stakeholders
• build and lead teams
• coach employees and manage performance
• operate heavy equipment as needed.
