What you'll do
- Monitor street operations according to client, operations, and safety department requirements.
- Conduct site checks and road observations, document findings, and provide reports.
- Conduct vehicle checks, monitor on-time performance, and respond to accidents and incidents.
- Fill vacant shifts as necessary and conduct gate checks.
- Identify potential rerouting and ensure operators are fit for duty.
- Assist operators with service or passenger problems and document field observations.

- Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment required.
