• prospect for and qualify property opportunities
• position Fision Work solutions
• prepare business cases and obtain access agreements
• conduct market analysis and planning
• develop local partnerships
• acquire customers through sales and marketing
• manage pipeline and forecasts in SFDC
• maintain records and reports
• coordinate with internal departments
• schedule tenant events and meetings with property managers.
