Marketing Director

The Marketing Director role is onsite in Houma, LA. Pay is $31.25 per hour. The director leads Start Corporation’s Marketing Department and supports awareness of its programs and services. The role exists to guide marketing strategy and execution, coordinate outreach, and align communications across programs. By managing staff, projects, and external marketing support, the director helps strengthen community relationships, referrals, and understanding of the organization’s services.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan, initially focused on Region 3
• supervise marketing staff

• coordinate consistent messaging and branding
• review marketing materials and social content
• monitor and report marketing results
