What you'll do

• Represent private fund sponsors and institutional investors.
• Manage formation, structuring, and compliance of investment funds.
• Draft limited partnership and LLC agreements.
• Review and identify issues in fund documents.
• Prepare offering documents including PPMs.
• Advise on securities laws and Advisers' Act compliance.
• Interact with legal and business teams.
