What you'll do

• Own commercial relationships with foundries, OSATs, and test/ATE vendors
• negotiate agreements, capacity, pricing, and tooling/NRE terms
• forecast semiconductor market capacity and pricing
• build and manage silicon cost models
• secure capacity and supply continuity
• manage allocation risk, lead times, and second-source strategy
• partner with engineering and program management
• translate yield, test, and qualification realities into cost and program-risk outcomes
• brief leadership.
