What you'll do

• Serve as an HR contact for assigned leaders and locations
• coach leaders on policies, documentation, performance, and communication
• handle routine and moderately complex employee-relations matters and escalate higher-risk issues
• support investigations, onboarding, retention, workforce actions, and manager education
• maintain confidential records and HR system data
• support compliance, audits, and policy updates
• identify process improvements and participate in HR projects.
