What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and replace security and intrusion devices
• test and troubleshoot security, fire alarm, home automation, and other directed systems
• communicate with the office about work orders and updates
• perform system upgrades and additions
• document service and installation work and close tickets
• demonstrate systems to clients
• coordinate follow-up work
• maintain tools, truck inventory, and service records
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule and fulfill reasonable overtime requests as needed.
