The role helps the team serve clients through their lifecycle with the organization while meeting contract, state, and Medicaid requirements.

What you'll do

• Monitor Agent task completion, work quality, and efficiency
• support enrollment, budgeting, and Agent processes
• maintain state-specific work queues
• identify training needs and propose plans
• review communications and processes
• support accurate data entry, research, and compliance with contract, state, and Medicaid requirements
• communicate process improvements to the team.
