What you'll do

• Lead the HR function and advise executive leadership
• develop recruitment and retention strategies
• ensure employment-law and regulatory compliance
• oversee employee relations, performance management, investigations, and risk management
• administer the 403(b) plan
• develop HR policies and procedures
• use Paylocity HRIS and workforce analytics
• monitor HR metrics
• mentor and support the HR team
• serve as primary HR contact for regulatory agencies and employment compliance matters.
