What you'll do

• Supervise dispensary sales-floor staff during shifts
• assist with training customer service, guest relations, checkout, sales-floor, and fulfillment roles
• help educate employees about products
• lead or assist with pre-shift meetings
• assist with cash handling and opening, shift-swap, and closing procedures
• report customer complaints and employee incidents
• maintain product and industry knowledge
• follow state and local cannabis laws and company procedures.
