What you'll do

• Perform minor building repairs and maintenance in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical systems, painting, and flooring when permits are not required
• complete preventive maintenance
• perform grounds and janitorial tasks as assigned
• operate tools and testing equipment
• inspect and test systems
• follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
• identify and suggest additional repairs.
