The Maintenance Millwright role is onsite in Gardendale, AL, with compensation of $25–$34 per hour. D7 Pneumatics LLC’s Alabama maintenance division supports industrial facilities including steel mills, sawmills, and powerhouses. This role maintains, repairs, and installs industrial machinery to support safe, reliable operations. The millwright troubleshoots mechanical systems, performs welding and fabrication, carries out preventive maintenance, and assists with equipment installation and commissioning.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and conveyor systems, crushers, pumps, motors, and gearboxes
• perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding and fabrication
• develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• assist with equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• collaborate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and management.

Why this role
