• Identify employee needs and preferences for benefits programs

• explain eligibility and assist employees with benefits selection
• oversee enrollment
• handle minor claims issues and escalate larger issues to providers
• organize training on benefits changes
• provide information on relevant government programs and legal requirements
• interpret FMLA and ADA implications
• maintain HRIS enrollment data
• compile utilization reports.
