What you'll do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, primarily on residential HVAC systems
• complete seasonal inspections, tune-ups, and equipment checks
• identify potential issues
• inspect controls, electrical components, refrigerant-related systems, and equipment performance
• maintain safe and clean work practices
• communicate with customers
• document findings and recommendations using a company-provided tablet.
