What you'll do

• Conduct in-home nursing visits
• assess patients and report changes
• carry out ordered treatment plans
• provide post-surgical care
• administer medications, injections, and IV therapies within licensure
• perform wound, central line, drain, and feeding-tube care
• manage Wound VAC therapy
• educate patients and families
• document visits and coordinate with the care team
• assess home safety.
