The Tugger Operator, 3rd Shift role is onsite in Marion, OH. Compensation is $19.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. The position supports the loading dock’s movement and staging of windows and doors for customer loads and internal transfers. The role helps keep outbound and inbound product moving safely and accurately between production lines, dock staging lanes, and trailers. It contributes to dock operations by loading and unloading products, using a tugger when needed, scanning items to the correct lane, and meeting quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Hand-load windows and doors onto trailers according to manifests and established quality and safety standards
• unload and stage products in the correct dock locations
• meet the stated loading or unloading rate of 150 cube per hour or greater
• use a tugger when necessary to move products from production lines and place carts in staging lanes
• scan windows to the correct staging lane
• support departmental 5S initiatives
• work overtime as needed.
