What you'll do

• Lead and coach retail managers
• establish operational standards and procedures
• monitor store performance and KPIs
• conduct store visits and audits
• develop sales, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction improvements
• support recruiting and leadership development
• coordinate with corporate departments
• oversee compliance, inventory, cash management, and security procedures
• travel regularly between Texas locations, with expected travel of approximately 40%–60%.
