What you'll do

• Design and implement department orientation
• participate in hospital-wide new employee orientation
• conduct in-service education
• lead mock emergency codes
• develop competency validation and annual skills fairs
• provide advanced training in telemetry and progressive care
• support initiatives to reduce hospital-acquired conditions
• assist cross-training and surge planning
• conduct chart audits and gap analyses
• partner with Quality, Case Management, and Medical Staff
• maintain education and competency records.
