What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes
• follow recipes and portion sizes
• monitor and record food temperatures
• label, date, and store food
• monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• control overproduction and waste
• comply with kitchen sanitation rules
• wash and sanitize equipment
• clean kitchen and storage areas
• follow equipment safety procedures
• store vendor deliveries
• check supply inventory
• report equipment and safety issues.
