What you'll do

• Maintain space, occupancy, and utilization data
• coordinate with space coordinators, site chiefs, building managers, and stakeholders
• gather and analyze space requirements
• conduct facility walks and audits
• measure and document rooms
• update floor plans and seating allocations
• resolve occupancy and layout discrepancies
• develop layouts using AutoCAD and Revit
• maintain space usage and capacity records
• use ARCHIBUS to update records and generate reports
• support space planning and compliance
• prepare reports and presentations
• conduct domestic and international audits with periodic travel.
