What you'll do

• Manage complex industry-sponsored trials from start-up through closeout
• coordinate study visits and protocol activities
• lead recruitment and retention efforts
• conduct protocol-required visits, assessments, and permitted procedures
• process specimens and shipments
• maintain study records and data
• resolve sponsor and CRO queries
• serve as a contact for participants and study partners
• support monitoring visits, audits, inspections, safety documentation, inventory, process improvement, and staff onboarding and mentorship.
