• verify lane starts and safe vehicle flow
• oversee incoming vehicle registration, lot reports, and equipment inventory
• manage resources and utilization
• resolve customer issues
• support facilities maintenance and reconditioning depending on site size
• monitor adherence to policies and performance standards
• contribute to strategic plans and staffing
• communicate expectations and coach direct reports.
