What you'll do

• Own 10–15 strategic and enterprise healthcare accounts through onboarding, go-live, renewal, and expansion
• advise healthcare leaders on AI opportunities
• coordinate customer onboarding and training
• drive retention and expansion while addressing churn risks
• handle support tickets and escalations
• relay customer feedback to internal teams
• build playbooks and onboarding processes
• mentor junior teammates
• represent the company at customer reviews, onsite visits, and conferences.
