What you'll do

• Maintain the business development pipeline with business area leads and capture teams
• track action items and due dates
• coordinate senior leader pipeline reviews and presentations
• help identify and prioritize trade shows, develop booth layouts, support setup and teardown, plan meetings, and network with customers and industry partners
• maintain proposal schedules and inputs
• host proposal status meetings
• coordinate gate reviews, capture deep dives, and proposal reviews.
