The Director, Geospatial Practice role is hybrid in Vienna, VA, in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Base salary is $140,000–$175,000 annually, plus a performance bonus. Ayoroa Simmons provides geospatial, building information modeling, and reality-capture services for public- and private-sector clients. The director leads growth and market-facing decisions for the geospatial division, building pipeline, selecting pursuits, and developing client and teaming relationships. The role combines commercial leadership with technical authority to expand the firm’s market presence and planned GIS and geospatial analytics services.

• Make bid/no-bid recommendations and own pursuit outcomes
• set pricing posture and win themes
• recommend teaming structures and target markets
• originate and convert opportunities
• build decision-level client relationships
• secure teaming partners
• represent the firm at conferences and client forums
• maintain technology partner relationships
• advise clients on scope, accuracy, deliverables, and methodology
• serve in responsible charge for survey work where licensed
• coordinate market commitments with operations.
